Should you grade it?
The raw market price is $2.59 (Normal). Grading pays only when the grade you are likely to get sells for more than the raw card plus grading fees, shipping and selling fees. Asking prices are not sales, and most raw copies do not grade a 10.

Card text
Eminence — At the beginning of your upkeep, Sahir deals 1 damage to you. This ability triggers only if Sahir is in the command zone or on the battlefield. Whenever a source you control deals exactly 1 damage to you and whenever a spell or ability you control causes you to lose exactly 1 life, put a +1/+1 counter on Sahir. If this is the second time this ability has resolved this turn, draw a card.
