Estimates are estimates

Estimate, not a PSA grade. Not affiliated with PSA. GradePeek gives an opinion of the grade a card would be likely to receive, based on photos. It is not a grade, an appraisal, a guarantee of any grading outcome, or advice to buy, sell or submit any card. PSA and other grading companies decide grades in hand, and their result can differ from ours. You decide what to do with an estimate, and you carry the risk of that decision.

Listings and prices

Listings and prices come from third-party marketplaces and data sources. They can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Check a listing on the marketplace itself before you buy.

Accounts

You need an email address you control. Keep sign-in links to yourself; anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free includes 3 grade estimates a month. Collector costs $12 a month or $99 a year; Dealer costs $49 a month or $449 a year, in US dollars plus any applicable tax.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Quotas reset on the first of each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. A photo we refuse to grade, or a grading error on our side, does not count.
• Refunds: if GradePeek did not work for you, ask within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.
• If we change a price, we will tell subscribers by email before it applies to their next renewal.

Acceptable use

• Upload only photos of trading cards that you have the right to share.
• No automated scraping, reselling of results as a service, attempts to get around quotas or rate limits (including by opening extra accounts), or attempts to break or overload the service.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will refund any unused prepaid period if we do so without a breach on your part.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service and, unless you opt out as described in the privacy policy, to evaluate and improve the grading model.

Availability and liability

We work to keep GradePeek running and accurate but provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or the outcome of a grading submission or a purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to signed-in users before they take effect. Continuing to use GradePeek after that means you accept them.
